Tasks

About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Executive (Closer) to take qualified meetings and convert them into confirmed sales.

You will work closely with the appointment setter (lead generation) and internal support teams (quotes invoicing) but you remain the primary client contact throughout the entire sales cycle.

This is a closing-focused role your responsibility is to build trust manage the process handle objections and drive deals to completion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Closing

  • Attend qualified meetings scheduled by the appointment setter

  • Lead client discussions (virtual and in-person where required)

  • Understand project requirements and align solutions accordingly

  • Present products positioning and proposals confidently

  • Drive negotiations and close deals effectively

2. Client Management (End-to-End Ownership)

  • Act as the main point of contact from first meeting to deal closure

  • Manage all client communication questions and follow-ups

  • Maintain momentum in the sales process and prevent delays

  • Build strong relationships with architects designers developers and contractors

3. Sales Process Coordination

  • Brief internal team on client requirements for quote preparation

  • Review quotes before they are sent to ensure accuracy and alignment

  • Guide the client through quote approval invoice payment stages

  • Ensure a smooth handover to operations/logistics after sale confirmation

4. Pipeline & Reporting

  • Track all opportunities and update CRM consistently

  • Maintain a clear and accurate sales pipeline

  • Follow up systematically to maximise conversion rates

  • Report weekly on deal status risks and forecasts

Requirements

Requirements

  • 36 years experience in B2B sales / closing roles

  • Proven track record of converting meetings into revenue

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Experience handling high-value or design-led products is a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously

  • Structured organised and process-driven

  • Fluent in English (professional level); Bahasa Indonesia required
