Job Summary
Shangri-La Boracay
Located in the countrys premier beach destination Shangri-Las Boracay Resort and Spa is a luxurious and serene haven for vacationers. Dramatically situated on a hillside in a flourishing nature reserve at the northern tip of Boracay Island the 12-hectare resort is a 10-minute drive from the popular White Beach. The resort offers 219 rooms including 36 villas and suites; comprehensive leisure facilities; 350 meters of secluded beach front; and a thriving ecosystem of diverse flora and fauna. DUTIES
Assist in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Stewarding Department including supervision of cleaning processes stock control and maintenance of health safety and hygiene in all F&B areas.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in an international hotelwith the same capacity is an advantage.
- Strong background in F&B Service and Operations.
- A self-starter must be guest-oriented with an eye for details has an initiative and anticipation.
- Oral and Written Fluency inboth Englishand Filipino. Knowledge in other foreign language is a plus.
- A graduate of Hospitality Management/ International Hospitality Management or any related course.
