Position Objectives:
The Global Workplace Experience (GWE) Manager for Hongkong Taiwan and South China Sites will deliver Real Estate and Facility Management Services lead workplace transformations for our internal clients across all Pfizer business units in respective markets.
Some more detailed responsibilities and activities may include:
Oversee Real Estate (RE) Properties with GWE internal Real Estate team to implement Real Estate strategies & solutions in sourcing negotiating contracting delivery exit and closing.
Support business acquisitions and divestitures in areas of real estate and facilities.
Oversee day-to-day Facilities Operations through outsourcing partners.
Ensures compliance with Pfizer EHS and Global Security standards.
Supplier/Vendor management.
Develop GWE related Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
Manage sustainability/Carbon neutrality initiatives.
Manage Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Educational Background Required
Minimum: Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline (preferably Facility/Real Estate Management Engineering Finance Project Management)
Desirable: Masters degree in business administration
Working Experience/Skills Required
Minimum: 3 Years of RE&FM direct experience in multi-national companies better in pharmaceutical industry. Written and speaking Chinese and English is a must.
Desirable:
Experience in managing outsource deals will also be beneficial to fulfill this position.
Project Management knowledge and experience is preferred.

Direct and allocate finite resources to maximize individual department needs and those of the business.
Contract Management
Working knowledge of contract law and current industry practice.
Capital Planning
Conduct capital planning in concert with senior management site facilities planners and support departments.
Gather and disseminate capital planning data.
Periodic Capital plan reporting
