Client Experience Specialist

Full-Time On-Site Location: Asheville Ford Lincoln

Were looking for a Client Experience Specialist who can be the friendly trusted connection between our guests and our service team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills from hospitality retail call centers healthcare or any industry where exceptional service is the priority.

What Youll Do

As a Client Experience Specialist you will:

Be the first point of contact for guestsgreeting them warmly listening actively and understanding their needs

Translate customer concerns into clear next steps for our internal service team

Communicate updates timelines and recommendations in a way that builds trust and confidence

Coordinate appointments manage expectations and ensure that each guests visit runs smoothly

Review service recommendations answer questions and guide guests toward informed decisions

Deliver a seamless positive experience from check-in to check-out

Maintain accurate records and documentation to support team workflow

Collaborate daily with technicians managers and team members to exceed customer expectations
