Were looking for aprofessional Outlet Manager - Food & Beverage or aspiring to be required for our Food & Beverage Service Division.
Job Summary
The Outlet Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation management and overall performance of the outlet/section appointed to. As such he/she will be directly involved in the day-to-day running of the outlet in connection with staffing customer services and product quality. Delegation of duties and responsibilities to his/her assistant is necessary to ensure the proper functioning of all phases of F&B service in the areas under control. He/she is to implement all standardized procedures rules and regulations systematically to be in line with hotel standards and policies.
Job Requirement
- Physically fit neat and well-groomed
- Proficient in oral and written English additional language an advantage
- Confident tactful sensitive to guest and employee needs service oriented team player flexible
- Has effective managerial and leadership skills andis well organized.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity in a 5* hotel
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office)
- Customer and revenue driven; has high attention to detail.
- Has basic food hygiene knowledge
- Creative; can think out-of-the box
- Due to Local Immigration policies only Malaysian will be considered.
