Job Summary

Domestic Considerations -
The role is based in Kendrew Bks and might involve considerable travel given the size of the JMC Centre OAR. Up to 35 nights separated service per year are required.
Position Role -
Lead for advice and assistance on all ES matters within the AO. Assist with the staff effort required to effectively plan the JMC Centre focussed Firm Base Transformation (FBT) Project.
Responsibilities -
ES Related:
1. Provide associated budgetary advice assistance and generic equipment support to the HQ staff UOTCs Units & Cadets across the AOR.
2. Implement ES policy monitor mandated ES processes and deliver the TECHEVAL program within the AOR.
3. Monitoring the contract repair system and ES Mat support within regional boundaries.
4. BPT assist during UK based Ops and the associated exercises establishing & maintaining where needed appropriate ES R2 and C2.
5. Provide Head of Arm support for REME soldiers and Officers as directed. Provide LM cover to the JMC ASM.
Non-ES Related:
6. Represent JMC Centre on Delivery Group Meetings irt change management programs and provide back briefs to SLT.
7. Leads with change related delivery planning instructions and the associated briefings/communication.
8. Lead project sub-reviews as directed by HQ RC via the JMC Centre SLT
