Role: Principal staff officer to DACOS PCO on all training pipeline matters in the Dir DARs and Comd SJCs Personnel Campaign Office - a small team based from HQ SJC Aldershot. To be clear this is not a hands-on tactical training design role and requires high levels of empathy; analytical capacity training and recruiting experience.
Responsible for analysing and reporting the pan-Army Basic Training and Initial Trade Training outputs delivered by Standing Joint Command (SJC). The roleholder must understand the impact of rising Army inflow (Op INVECTOR) on the recruiting and training pipeline and specifcally contribute to the assurance of the FoGtTTs and the RPP contractors inflow forecast and how this will impact the shape and size of Basic Training ITT and Holdover implications. A critical function will be daily engagement with 3-star level HQs - CLFs new training directorate; HQ SJC; and 2-star level HQs - LWC; AITC DAR Recruiting Branch; Army Pers Dir.
