A typical workweek is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Youll occasionally cover weekends as part of a shared rotation.
At least two (2) years of prior RN experience is required.
The ideal candidate will have prior RN experience in a hospital setting. Case Management experience is preferred and not required.
The successful candidate must be available to workon-site at Geisinger Jersey Shore Hospital.

Position Details:
Assesses plans implements coordinates monitors and evaluates all options and services with the goal of optimizing the patient or members health status. Manages utilization and practice metrics to further refine the delivery of care model to maximize clinical quality and fiscal outcomes.
