Work Arrangement:

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to either GM Global Technical Center in Warren Michigan or Hudsons Global HQ in Detroit Michigan three times per week at minimum.

The Role:

The Infrastructure & Corporate Citizenship (ICC) function comprised of the Global Real Estate Construction Facilities Operations and Corporate Giving teams is seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to up to 5 VP/Directors. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills adaptability and the ability to anticipate needs at a high level. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities both internal and external requiring independent thinking and judgment.

What youll do:

  • Manage complex calendars including scheduling appointments meetings and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and organize meetings including preparing agendas taking minutes and distributing relevant materials
  • Provide solutions to non-routine problems of moderate scope and complexity demonstrating independent thinking and adaptability
  • Support executives in day-to-day activities ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks with accuracy
  • Utilize MS Office applications to create and edit documents spreadsheets and presentations
  • Create and maintain presentation material for senior level meetings
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information and material with discretion
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and initiate solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant preferably in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple Executives
  • Bachelors degree preferred (and/or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to look ahead proactively anticipating leader and business needs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a high level of integrity and discretion
  • Extensive experience managing complex calendars and schedules
  • Advanced skills and proficiency in Slack and MS Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be willing to accommodate varied time zones and schedules to support executives
