Job Summary

Corporate Paralegal
Location: Delaware Maryland or New Jersey Office

We are looking for a skilled Corporate Paralegal to provide support to attorneys on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in corporate governance business operations and financial/transactional work
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
Bachelors degree and/or paralegal certification required
