O que você fará como Customer Experience Partner na Sealed Air

Você será responsável por garantir uma experiência excepcional para clientes internos e externos atuando desde o recebimento e processamento de pedidos até sua entrega final. Irá acompanhar o ciclo completo dos pedidos assegurando precisão comunicação eficaz e cumprimento de prazos. Além disso terá um papel ativo na resolução de solicitações e reclamações colaborando com diferentes áreas para manter a eficiência operacional e a satisfação do cliente. Sua atuação será essencial para garantir a qualidade dos processos e a confiabilidade das informações no sistema.

Por que precisamos de você

  • Receber conferir e registrar pedidos no sistema com precisão
  • Realizar follow-up dos pedidos com clientes internos e externos
  • Atender clientes por telefone com agilidade e qualidade
  • Apoiar na resolução de reclamações e na comunicação com clientes
  • Documentar pedidos alterações e interações no sistema
  • Processar notas de crédito débito e devoluções acompanhando seu status
  • Colaborar com outras áreas para garantir prazos e políticas da empresa
  • Atualizar cadastros de clientes materiais e relatórios operacionais

O que você precisa para ter sucesso

  • Experiência com gestão de pedidos e atendimento ao cliente
  • Conhecimento em sistemas ERP (SAP Oracle ou similares)
  • Habilidade com ferramentas do pacote Office
  • Capacidade de organização e atenção aos detalhes
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com múltiplas tarefas e prazos
  • Perfil colaborativo para interação com diferentes áreas
  • Proatividade e foco na solução de problemas
