Job Summary

Klaviyo is building out its Commercial Sales presence in Singapore and were looking for a Sales Manager to help lay the foundation. This is a newly created role on the landing team offering a rare opportunity to shape team culture sales motion and execution from the ground up.

As a Sales Manager youll lead and develop a team of Account Executives responsible for driving new business across inbound outbound and partner channels. Reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Sales youll play a critical role in hiring coaching forecasting and building a repeatable outbound engine while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to win and expand customers in the region.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-moving environments enjoys building playbooks and knows how to balance people leadership with strong execution.

What Youll Do

  • Recruit onboard and develop a high-performing team of Commercial Account Executives
  • Coach reps through regular 1:1s deal reviews and skill development sessions
  • Own forecast accuracy and pipeline health leveraging leading indicators and data-driven insights
  • Drive outbound strategy and execution including prospecting motions and opportunity generation
  • Set clear weekly monthly quarterly and annual new business goals and hold the team accountable
  • Run weekly scorecard and performance reviews to identify gaps and improvement areas
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing Partnerships Product Sales Enablement and Customer teams to improve sales effectiveness
  • Support reps in navigating more complex deals (e.g. ROI analysis security reviews legal considerations)
  • Build and evolve a scalable coaching and training framework to support long-term team growth
  • Transform workflows by putting AI at the center building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.

What You Bring

  • 2 years of experience managing Account Executives in a SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to coach motivate and hold a team accountable to performance standards
  • Strong command of forecasting pipeline management and sales metrics
  • Experience selling into SMB or more complex accounts (enterprise exposure is a plus)
  • A clear point of view on running effective 1:1s team cadences and outbound motions
  • Confidence operating in ambiguity and comfort in a fast-paced evolving environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative leadership style
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to spot trends and translate insights into action
  • Detail-oriented organized and proactive you see problems and move quickly to solve them
  • Youve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects and youre excited to dive in and learn fast. Youre hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in MarTech eCommerce or adjacent SaaS categories
  • Enterprise deal exposure
  • Additional language skills relevant to the APAC region
