Affiliate Manager
We are a Cyprus-based digital services company operating under the brand BoFu Digital providing B2B services including marketing technology analytics and operational support to international brands.
One of the projects we support operates within the i-Gaming industry and focuses on Latin American markets. As part of our continued growth we are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to support affiliate marketing activities for this international project.
The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for developing managing and optimizing affiliate partnerships across Latin American markets working closely with internal teams and the international operating entity to drive sustainable traffic acquisition and revenue growth.
This role requires strong commercial awareness negotiation skills analytical thinking and deep understanding of LATAM affiliate ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Identify recruit and onboard affiliate partners across LATAM (websites influencers media buyers streamers affiliate networks)
Build and maintain long-term relationships to maximize performance and retention
Support the structuring and optimization of CPA Revenue Share and Hybrid affiliate agreements in coordination with the operating entity
Monitor key performance metrics (FTDs ROI retention traffic quality conversion rates) and proactively oph internal Marketing CRM and Product teams to align affiliate strategies with promotional calendars and regional initiatives
Ensure affiliates adhere to brand guidelines and compliance standards defined by the operating entity
Detect and address fraudulent traffic policy violations and quality issues
Assist in managing affiliate tracking platforms to ensure accurate reporting and commission calculations.
Prepare performance reports forecasts and strategic insights for management
Research competitor affiliate programs and identify new growth opportunities within LATAM
Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events when required
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Affiliate Managementwith a strong preference for LATAM
Strong understanding of the Latin American market including key countries such as Brazil Mexico Colombia Argentina and Peru
Strong knowledge of affiliate deal structures including CPA Revenue Share and Hybrid models with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
Excellent negotiation communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage a large and diverse portfolio of partners
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
Experience in fraud detection traffic quality assessment and compliance enforcement within affiliate programs
Ability to work independently take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced results-oriented startup environment
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Fluency in English is required; Spanish will be a strong advantage
Willingness to travel to industry conferences and events when required
Comfortable working across LATAM time zones while being based in Cyprus
