Job Summary

Our sales team is looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Accounts Manager to join our team. The role will focus on building managing and nurturing relationships with small to medium-sized restaurant and café partners ensuring a positive and productive collaboration with Foody. 

You will be responsible for maximizing revenue growing accounts and delivering top-notch customer service to help our partners succeed.

 

What you will do :

  • Manage a portfolio of stores maintaining regular communication and ensuring strong positive relationships.

  • Work closely with partners to analyze performance metrics and identify growth opportunities providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Identify potential for upselling Foodys services features and promotional opportunities aiming to maximize partners revenue and increase their satisfaction.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner issues proactively addressing concerns and coordinating with internal teams to resolve any challenges.

  • Stay updated on industry trends competitors and market developments to offer valuable insights and support partners in a dynamic environment.

  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions account status and sales pipeline providing regular reports to management.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree.

  • 1-3 years of experience in account management sales or customer service.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. 

  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

  • Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

  • Fluency in English & Greek 

  • A proactive self-motivated individual with a passion for the food industry and a drive to exceed targets.

  • Experience in using sales tools such as CRM software and/or telephone systems would be a plus.
