We are a Cyprus-based digital services company operating under the brand BoFu Digital providing B2B services including marketing technology analytics and operational support to international brands.
One of the international projects we support operates within the i-Gaming industry and focuses on Latin American markets. We are seeking a Media Buying Affiliate Manager to support paid partnership and affiliate marketing activities for this international project.
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced results-driven affiliate professional who knows how to buy traffic work with affiliates and turn partnerships into measurable revenue. You will manage relationships with affiliate networks and media buyers across LATAM own the performance of paid partnership channels and play a central role in shaping our client acquisition strategy in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage affiliate networks media buyers and direct traffic sources relevant to LATAM markets
Support negotiation and optimization of CPA Revenue Share and hybrid partnership structures in coordination with the operating entity
Monitor campaign performance across affiliate and paid partnership channels analyzing metrics such as CPA NGR LTV and ROI
Evaluate and test new traffic sources across display native push social SEO and content channels
Collaborate with internal creative product and analytics teams to optimize landing pages and funnels for conversion
Assist in ensuring partner activity aligns with brand standards and compliance frameworks defined by the operating entity
Support reporting processes budget monitoring and performance forecasting
Contribute to localization efforts to ensure campaigns are culturally adapted to LATAM markets
Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities
Requirements
3 years of hands-on experience in affiliate management and/or media buying with a strong preference for LATAM
Proven track record of managing significant media budgets and delivering measurable acquisition results against defined KPIs
Deep familiarity with affiliate networks CPA networks and traffic platforms operating across Latin America
Existing relationships with LATAM-focused affiliate networks direct publishers or media buying houses is a strong advantage
Fluency in English is required; Spanish will be a strong advantage.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple partnerships simultaneously in a fast-paced target-driven environment
Experience with A/B testing creatives landing pages and funnel variations to improve conversion rates
Background in managing influencer or streamer partnerships within the LatAm markets
Comfortable working across LATAM time zones while being based in Cyprus
