Ready to lead an innovative anti-fraud project in the Forex industry
Our client is currently developing an anti-fraud platform to enhance security in trading and payment operations for top Forex companies. This comprehensive solution is being built from the ground up and will feature a rule management engine integration with various data providers clone detection tools and risk-scoring models. Additionally there are plans to develop a unified back-office system for rule configuration transaction monitoring and risk mitigation management.
About the Role:
Were looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic product initiatives across Trading Payments domains vendor relationships and cross-regional stakeholder collaboration. This role combines vision execution and cross-cultural partnershipespecially with teams in Asia.
Job Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our anti-fraud platform. This role requires a strategic mindset strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and cultures particularly with stakeholders and teams in Asian and European offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of the anti-fraud platform development projects.
Define project scope goals and deliverables that align with business objectives.
Develop project plans timelines and budgets while monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT compliance risk management and business stakeholders with a particular focus on effective communication across cultures.
Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
Facilitate regular meetings with project stakeholders across different regions to provide updates and gather feedback.
Ensure the project ad-hocs to best practices and industry standards in anti-fraud measures.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the development team.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on software development preferably in financial services or trading environments.
Proven experience in leading projects related to anti-fraud systems or compliance solutions.
Strong understanding of fraud detection and prevention methodologies tools and best practices.
Excellent cross-cultural communication skills with experience working with stakeholders and teams in Asia.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum or other project management methodologies.
Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
