Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - Major Incident Management
The Major Incident Manager (Consultant) is responsible for end-to-end coordination of high-severity (P1/P2) incidents across Azure infrastructure and enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
Act as Incident Commander for P1/P2 incidents ensuring rapid engagement of resolver teams
Coordinate incident diagnosis across Azure services enterprise applications and infrastructure teams
Drive timely incident containment mitigation and restoration
Maintain accurate incident timelines bridge control and stakeholder communications
Ensure adherence to ITIL Major Incident Management processes
Support post-incident reviews (PIR) and RCA data collection
Collaborate with Problem Management teams by providing incident insights and trends

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Good years of experience in Critical/Major Incident Management
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Azure (compute networking storage monitoring)
Strong understanding of insurance based applications landscapes (AIM ImageRight MGA systems etc)
Experience managing incidents in 24x7 enterprise environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
ITIL Foundation / ITIL 4 certified (preferred)
Exposure to Problem Management and RCA techniques
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
