Job Summary:
As a Technical Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for sourcing screening and selecting highly skilled technical professionals for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the managers to understand their technical hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly
- Source and attract top technical talent through various channels such as job portals social media referrals etc.
- Screen and assess candidates technical skills experience and qualifications
- Conduct interviews and present qualified candidates to clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
- Provide guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate job offers and manage the hiring process from start to finish
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs set by the company
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment preferably in an agency setting for India hirings
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements in various industries
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India is a plus
