REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience: 5.5 years
- Sound expertise in Payroll Pay Components configuration data migration and payroll enablement.
- Should be able to lead the configuration and implementation of SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules for large organizations ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Should be able to collaborate with clients to understand their global benefits needs conduct workshops and design solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Should be able to configure and customize SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules including benefits programs eligibility rules enrollment processes and integrations with third-party vendors
- Must have experience to develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing to validate global benefits configurations ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Should be able to provide expertise and guidance on global benefits best practices processes and regulations to clients and project teams.
- Should have experience conducting training sessions for end-users and support teams to facilitate the adoption and operation of SuccessFactors Global Benefits solutions.
- Should be able to work closely with cross-functional teams including HR Finance IT and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between SuccessFactors and other systems.
- Should be able to provide ongoing support and maintenance for SuccessFactors Global Benefits configurations including troubleshooting issues resolving defects and implementing enhancements.
- Must have experience in document configuration changes test results and support procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Should stay informed about SuccessFactors updates enhancements and best practices and proactively recommend improvements to optimize benefits administration processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in the context of the project
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements and being able to define technologies patterns and frameworks to realize it.
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements schedules and activities.
- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
- Creating understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task and being able to justify it.
- Addressing issues promptly responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
- Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
