Were looking for a Sales Team Lead to join our France this role youll harness both your sales and people leadership skills to empower a dedicated team and skyrocket our restaurant partnerships across the market.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll be joining the Local Sales team. We are the architects of Deliveroos selection focused on building a strong pipeline of restaurant partners that fit our criteria and setting them up for long-term success.

Heres what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Empower and Lead: Manage a team of 6-10 Business Development Managers setting weekly/monthly targets and driving high performance through a strong work ethic.

  • Mentor and Develop: Maintain a consistent presence on the sales floor providing real-time coaching holding weekly 1:1s and offering actionable feedback to improve key metrics.

  • Strategic Communication: Clearly translate company directives and sales goals into actionable plans ensuring the team understands the why behind every objective.

  • Process Optimisation: Detect and fine-tune sales methodologies and internal processes to enhance team output and increase conversion rates.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with onboarding teams to ensure a smooth and efficient activation process for the best restaurants in France.

  • Culture Building: Ignite motivation within the team and foster a culture focused on top-notch sales support and brand integrity.

What Youll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English is essential for this role.

  • Proven Leadership: Significant experience leading teams with a passion for nurturing talent and making decisive calls under pressure.

  • Sales Excellence: Strong background in sales (typically 4 years) with a proven track record of meeting and surpassing commercial objectives.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to resolve issues promptly and efficiently while thriving in a fast-paced high-growth environment.

  • Integrity and Drive: A self-starter attitude with a willingness to embrace challenges and step outside your comfort zone to deliver impact.
