What to Bring
Three (3) Forms of ID (Original Documents Only):
Option 1:
- Valid Drivers License (Mandatory)
- Class C or CDL - (No Provisional Permits)
- U.S. Passport

Option 2: (If you do not have a passport):
- Valid Drivers License (Mandatory)
- Class C or CDL - (No Provisional Permits)
- Social Security Card
- U.S. Birth Certificate or Permanent Resident Card (No Work Authorization)

Dress Code: Business Casual
âï Collared shirt blouse dress pants closed-toe shoes
â No T-shirts tank tops crop tops shorts leggings flip-flops or hair wraps
