Project Manager III
Location: Jersey City NJ (Hybrid)
candidates only with service now and PMP active certifications

Role Summary

The Project Manager will lead the development and management of a comprehensive RFP (Request for Proposal) for IT Managed Services covering multiple IT service towers and ServiceNow integration. The role includes stakeholder coordination vendor evaluation and full RFP lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities 1. RFP Development

Create a detailed RFP covering:

IT Service Towers (Service Desk End-User Support Servers Storage Databases CMDB)
ServiceNow integration requirements
SLA framework with KPIs reporting penalties and service credits
On-site resource requirements and flexible staffing model
Vendor qualification criteria (certifications experience financial stability)
Pricing structure (base services resource rates implementation costs)

2. Stakeholder Management

Conduct requirement-gathering sessions
Present drafts and collect feedback
Secure executive approval

3. RFP Process Management

Build RFP timeline and milestones
Define vendor evaluation criteria
Manage Q&A proposal submissions and selection process

4. Vendor Evaluation & Selection

Create evaluation matrix
Lead review sessions and vendor demos
Support negotiations
Provide executive recommendations

Required Qualifications

5 years Project Management experience
Experience writing IT Managed Services RFPs
Strong ITIL & IT Service Management knowledge
ServiceNow integration experience
PMP (or equivalent certification)

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow certification (CSA/CIS)
ITIL Certification
ISO 27001 / SOC 2 knowledge
IT outsourcing transition experience
Vendor management & contract negotiation background
