Job Summary

Project Manager (AI/ML)

Hybrid/Washington DC

one submission slot
Location: Hybrid onsite 2x per month - Must reside in DMV area for occasional meetings in DC or MD offices-- 2x per month
Interview Process: 2 rounds - peer then with HM. Both will be video no in-person interviews required

PMP or SAFE certified are nice to haves

Seeking a SR PM with at least 5 years of Healthcare Insurance exp / claims processing to lead an AI/ML project (Agentforce (which is a salesforce platform) integration into AI/ML) must have led at least 1 AI related project and 1 ML related project.-

Project details:
There are several initiatives under the AI umbrella targeted to bring in efficiencies to their claims member services dept.... (one examples is: they implemented AgentForce in 2025 now they need to get AgentForce into their claims processing environment.. Another examples is implementing ChatBot into their customer service dept.)-
They need both AI and Machine learning experience (1 project for both)
Knowledge on Salesforce CRM solution preferred (not required)
She wants 5 years of Healthcare Insurance exp to not have much ramp up time for this project. This is a must have. Knowledge about Claims Pre-adjudication Post adjudication and Vouchering (claims is a must have at min.)
Full Budget/scope/resource allocation/etc... seeking $3-5M dollar size - HM would like to see a budgeting background but will consider non-budgetary backgrounds.-
KeyedIn is the tool they use for budgeting this is a plus
Any sort of programing background (python) would be a plus

Required Skills:

Education Level: Bachelors Degree in Project Management Business or related field-(In lieu of a Bachelors degree an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience)
Experience: 5 years as a Project Manager within a Healthcare Payor/Insurance environment. Must have knowledge about Claims Pre-adjudication Post adjudication and Vouchering
Must have led/supported one AI related project and one Machine Learning (ML) related project (two in total)
Expertise in managing large budgets ($3-5M)-
Outstanding communication skills (both oral and written)
Strong Project planning and life cycle development
Ability to establish working relationships and influence/persuade across all levels of leadership including C-Suit

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
SAFe certification. Knowledge of Agile Scrum projects methods and principles.
Knowledge on Salesforce CRM solution preferred
