Job Summary

Job Title: SAP Project Manager
Job Location: Avon Lake OH
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

12 15 years of IT project management experience preferably in SAP programs.
Strong understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA cross module concepts.
Proven experience managing onsite/offshore delivery models.
Excellent communication conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage high pressure timelines and multi vendor environments.

1. Project Governance & Delivery

Lead end to end project execution for SAP migration/consolidation initiatives.
Develop and manage project plans schedules RAID logs and communication frameworks.
Ensure adherence to scope milestones budgets and quality standards.

2. Stakeholder & Communication Management

Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for client teams business SMEs and internal leadership.
Conduct daily stand ups weekly reviews and sponsor updates.
Present progress reports risk assessments and decision requirements.

3. Cross Functional Coordination

Coordinate with SAP functional and technical tracks (FICO MM SD PP QM WM Basis Security Data).
Manage deliverables and dependencies across onsite offshore and partner teams.
Support WRICEF planning approvals and design discussions as applicable.

4. Testing Cutover and Go Live Management

Oversee preparation and execution of testing cycles (SIT UAT).
Drive cutover readiness data validation access enablement and issue resolution.
Ensure smooth go live and hyper care stabilization.

5. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain project documentation including MoMs trackers plans change requests and sign offs.
Ensure compliance with client methodology PMO standards and audit requirements.
