Work Model: Hybrid 2to 3 days per week on-site (Client office in Lisbon)

Your Mission

As an Intermediate Testeryou will ensure the quality reliability and compliance of projectdeliverables across functional and non-functional domains. You will playa key role in validating requirements managing defects and supporting UAT(User Acceptance Testing) processes while acting as a bridge betweenclient development and testing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize test acceptance criteria.
• Ensure full coverage of customer requirements through structured testing.
• Execute functional and non-functional testing (planning execution reporting).
• Identify report and track defects/bugs throughout the development lifecycle.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
• Support and monitor UAT execution.
• Coordinate communication between client stakeholders development teams and QA teams.
• Ensure adherence to data quality privacy and security standards.

Must-Have Requirements

• Degree in Engineering Information Systems Management or similar.
• Up to 5 years of experience in testing roles.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies.
• ISTQB or PSTQB Certification.
• Experience in functional and non-functional testing.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira and Xray.
• Knowledge of data quality privacy and security principles.
• Understanding of GDPR and AI ethics compliance practices.
• Strong analytical skills and communication abilities.
• High level of attention to detail proactivity and accountability.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SAS SAP Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Confluence.
• Portuguese and/or Spanish proficiency.
