About your role:
This project focuses on delivering high-quality recruitment and talent acquisition services for international clients in the Dutch-speaking markets. The main objective is to identify attract and hire top talent across various industries while ensuring an excellent candidate and client experience.
Main responsibilities:
- Attract candidates by using databases social media among others.
- Conduct interviews to assess the applicants relevant knowledge skills experience and aptitudes.
- Establish a relationship with different departments and Managers to validate the information.
- Prepare and onboard the new employees to become fully integrated into the company.
- Build a good relationship with candidates during the selection process by becoming a trusted recruiter.
- Create update and maintain analytical reports and databases.
Requirements:
- Have a high level of Dutch (C2) and English (B2)
- Have proven work experience in recruitment
- Strong organisation communication and presentation skills
- Be familiar with recruitment process methods (hiring profile assessments interviews and ongoing follow-up) and with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
