Key Responsibilities

Identify errors inconsistencies or opportunities for improvement and escalate when needed
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth case handling and aligned processes
Keep up to date with policy changes tools and operational procedures

Qualifications

Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level).
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
