This role is located in the US-Pacific time zone. You must be willing and able to work out of this time zone to qualify.

This position is not eligible for F1 and J1 students. It is not available for any work sponsorship.

Our paid internship program runs for 12 weeks between May-August or June- September 2026.

Responsibilities

Your Future Team

You will be a part of the Strategic Finance organizations which works on a wide variety of projects including but not limited to:

  • Financial analysis on key business decisions / business model changes

  • Product Pricing competitive intelligence and benchmarking

  • Financial statement analysis sales performance analysis

Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities will be scoped out based on candidate skill interest and current projects that the team is tasked with during the internship. Similar to above they would largely fall into the following categories:

  • Product Finance: Business case development for a new product introduction partnership or pricing

  • Sales Finance: developing metrics / KPIs to measure sales effectiveness

  • Competitive Benchmarking / M&A analysis

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Able to commit to a 12-week full-time (40hrs/week) program during Summer 2026

  • Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship graduating by June 2027

  • Please note: At this time this role is only open to entry-level candidates with less than a year of professional experience (this does not include internships/co-ops)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with building complex financial models for decision support

  • Familiarity with SaaS business models

Compensation

At Atlassian we strive to design equitable explainable and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidates skills expertise or the United States we have three geographic pay zones. For this role our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $33/hr - $48/hr

Zone B: $30/hr - $43/hr

Zone C: $28/hr - $40/hr

This role may also be eligible for benefits bonuses commissions and equity.
