必須スキル

Pre-sales / Solution Management / ITソリューション領域での経験5年以上

日本語英語ビジネスレベル

歓迎スキル

製造業/ロボット/AMR/AGV領域の経験

ハードウェア/ソフトウェアの基礎理解ネットワーク含む

複数ステークホルダーを巻き込むプロジェクト推進力

Google Workspace等を用いたドキュメンテーション/スケジュール管理

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to partner companies for our products and services and build strong working relationships

Propose deployment and operational best practices to maximize robot efficiency and utilization

Collect customer feedback and drive improvement proposals to increase customer satisfaction

Own partner-facing technical activities end-to-end (proposal deployment operations)

Plan and deliver PoCs technical briefings and product demos for customers and partners

Strengthen existing partnerships and identify new partners to expand accounts

Evaluate feasibility benefits and risks and define solution proposals and deployment approaches

Drive deployment projects by working cross-functionally with Product/Engineering/Operations/Finance and other teams

Serve as the technical point of contact for key accounts leading actions for retention and expansion

Must-have Skills

5 years of experience in pre-sales / solution management / IT solutions

Business-level Japanese & English

Nice to Have

Experience in manufacturing robotics AMR/AGV or automation-related industries

Foundational understanding of hardware and software systems (including networking)

Strong project execution skills across multiple stakeholders

Proficiency with Google Workspace and scheduling/documentation tools

People management experience (hiring coaching performance management goal setting)

Ideal Candidate

Able to translate technical details into clear business-friendly proposals

Customer-focused and proactive in identifying issues and driving improvements

Comfortable with ambiguity; moves forward through hypothesis validation

Builds trust and coordinates effectively across internal and external stakeholders
