What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following Allied Universal post orders site-specific policies and assigned security-related procedures.
• Control access to the location by greeting and screening visitors verifying identification and/or appointments issuing visitor credentials and directing guests to the appropriate areas.
• Monitor alarms CCTV and other building systems from the desk area documenting irregular activity and notifying site contacts and/or emergency responders per procedure to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including completing reports and maintaining clear communication with management and/or responding authorities.
• Maintain accurate logs for arrivals deliveries keys and other security-related activity and support lobby operations with phone and radio communications as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A minimum of 5 years of security experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
