Ballys Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence currently owning and managing 15 casinos across 10 states a golf course in New York a horse racetrack in Colorado and having access to OSB licenses in 18 states. The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle UK further expands its international footprint and enhances its diverse entertainment offerings. It also owns Ballys Interactive International formerly Gamesys Group a leading global interactive gaming operator Bally Bet a first-in-class sports betting platform and Bally Casino a growing iCasino platform.

With 10600 employees the Companys casino operations include approximately 15300 slot machines 580 table games and 3800 hotel rooms. Ballys also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.

Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (Queen) the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states one of which will be an additional state that expands Ballys jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees and operations that currently include approximately 2400 slot machines 50 table games and 150 hotel rooms to the Ballys portfolio. Ballys will also become the successor of Queens significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).

The Role:

Establishes communications systems by installing operating and maintaining voice and data telecommunications network circuits and equipment. By focusing on your goals and responsibilities while striving for improvement you make the difference.

Responsibilities:

. Plans network installations by studying customer orders plans manuals and technical specifications; ordering and gathering equipment supplies materials and tools; assessing installation site; and preparing an installation diagram.
Establishes voice and data networks by running pulling terminating and splicing cables; installing telecommunications equipment routers switches multiplexors cable trays and alarm and fire-suppression systems; building ironwork and ladder racks; establishing connections; programming features; establishing connections and integrations; following industry standards; activating remote access tools; and coordinating with contractors.
Runs routine tests on telecommunications systems to ensure that all components are functioning at optimal levels.
Maintains network by troubleshooting and repairing outages testing network back-up procedures and updating documentation.
Documents network by labeling and routing equipment and cables and recording configuration diagrams and specifications.
Maintains customer rapport by listening to and resolving concerns and answering questions.
Maintains safe work environment by following codes standards and legal regulations.
Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock placing orders and verifying receipt.

Qualifications:

Sound knowledge of telecommunications systems
Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematic designs
Strong technical analytical and problem-solving skills
Communication organizational and documentation skills
