WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
The Sr. Manager US Commercial GTM Launch secondment (12 months) within the GH&B business unit will be directly responsible for executing Go-to-Market excellence (GTM) initiatives focusing on US commercial product launches across all product portfolios.
The individual in this position will ensure that GTM activities are performed efficiently supporting the overall success of return-to market products and product launches within the US market. Core responsibilities involve coordinating and actively driving key aspects of the Return-to-Market and launch process which will be centered on coordinating and driving the launch activities maintaining high standards and promoting excellence throughout each stage of the GTM strategy.
Under the direction of the Director New Product Launches and Return to Market Products the secondment will support the execution of the US GTM Commercial strategies ensuring assigned activities are executed successfully and on schedule. S/he will work cross-functionally to drive accountability communication and status reporting across the sterile injectables portfolio.
The position supports the implementation of standards for commercial strategy reviews including deliverables timelines templates and will support the Director New Product Launches & and Return to Market Products on overall communication on GTM launch status.
HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT
Support successful GTM execution strategies for Return-to- Market products New Product Launches NDC changes and Private Labels launches.
Co-Lead Return to Market activities in conjunction with Supply Chain.
Ensure positive and proactive interaction among Pfizer cross-functional teams at all levels including: Portfolio Supply Chain Pricing & Commercial Operations Contracting Trade and Regulatory to ensure the completion of assigned US GTM commercial deliverables.
Lead assigned commercial GTM launch planning in collaboration with Portfolio Directors to support upcoming launch activity.
Identify risks to assigned product launches escalate key issues establish mitigation plans in collaboration with team members.
Support the development of both internal and field communication.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
BA/BS in business science program management or related field required with 6 years of experience.
Project related experience by serving as a core team member on at least one end-to-end project.
Ability to lead without authority in order to meet milestones for simultaneous launches.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
Nice-to-Have
MBA/MS with 5 years of experience; OR PhD or JD with 1 year of experience.
US Product Launch experience preferred.
