Job Summary
An established organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Credit Controller to manage a high-value complex debtor portfolio within a shared services environment. This role requires strategic oversight of collections credit risk management cash flow optimisation and proactive stakeholder engagement to reduce overdue balances and strengthen working capital.

Job Description:
Manage and optimise a high-value debtor portfolio
Drive collections to meet cash flow and DSO targets
Resolve escalated disputes and complex account queries
Perform advanced reconciliations and ensure accurate cash allocation
Prepare monthly reports with insights and risk analysis
Develop and improve credit and collection strategies
Collaborate with Sales Operations and Finance to reduce risk and improve processes
Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the credit function
Skills & Experience:
5 years experience in Debtors managing debt collection
Shared Services Experience
Accpac & PowerBI Experience
Detail driven
Able to work in a fast paced environment with high volumes
Qualification:
Matric
Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Finance or accounting
