Position Title: Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Eureka KS
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available (Day Evening and Night)

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). In this role you will provide high-quality patient-centered care while ensuring residents comfort safety and overall well-being. This opportunity is ideal for nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the RN or physician promptly
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene mobility and feeding
- Maintain accurate timely and compliant patient documentation
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license (state or compact)
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or similar setting
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and travel assignments
Education
- Diploma or Certificate in Practical Nursing from an accredited institution
Certifications & Documentation
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA preferred)
- COVID-19 vaccination documentation (if required by facility)
- Valid government-issued ID
Preferred Experience
- Experience in long-term care rehabilitation or SNF settings
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
