Job Summary
Job Description:
Merkle is looking for a Project Manager or a Project Coordinator ready to step up to lead and deliver projects across experience data and engineering teams. Youll manage your own set of projects act as the key link between internal teams and clients and ensure delivery meets agreed scope time cost and quality.
What Youll Do
- Lead projects endtoend: Build and coordinate project teams define scope and drive delivery to plan.
- Manage teams daytoday: Set roles delegate effectively support team development and encourage collaboration.
- Own project finances: Build and manage budgets track forecasts and report on actuals.
- Plan and control delivery: Create and maintain project plans schedules risks issues and quality requirements.
- Manage dependencies: Build realistic schedules identify constraints and integrate dependency management into governance.
- Oversee governance: Set up decisionmaking structures clarify responsibilities and ensure alignment with programme/organisation standards.
- Engage stakeholders: Build strong client relationships manage expectations and communicate clearly across teams and senior stakeholders.
- Manage risks & issues: Identify threats/opportunities early define mitigation and escalate when needed.
- Support business cases: Work with sponsors to shape refine and track business cases and benefits.

Who You Are
- 3 years in project management or a related delivery role
- Confident leading teams and coordinating crossfunctional work
- Strong communicator with excellent clientfacing skills
- Highly organised proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Skilled in stakeholder management and relationship building
- Working knowledge of Agile Waterfall or Hybrid delivery
- Solid grounding in core PM disciplines:
- Budgeting planning scheduling resource management risk management stakeholder management
- Intermediate experience with:
- Business cases change control governance quality assurance scope/requirements management
- Adaptable resilient and committed to developing toward senior PM roles
