DescriptionRole Overview
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Commercial division at PetroApp you will play a critical role in driving our hiring efforts for sales marketing and business development positions. Your focus will be on attracting top talent to meet the evolving needs of our commercial operations ensuring that we build a high-performing team that aligns with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract top commercial talent across various functions including sales customer success and others.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing screening and interviewing processes to select candidates who fit our organizational culture and meet our hiring requirements.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and create effective job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Enhance the candidate experience by providing ongoing communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor recruitment metrics advising on hiring strategies and trends to optimize the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline keeping potential candidates engaged for current and future opportunities.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics (Time-to-fill Cost-per-hire Sourcing channel effectiveness).
- Background commercial and B2B is a must.
Requirements- Bachelors degree in business administration Human Resources or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition; proven experience in B2B companies is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate assessment techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in using ATS and HR software tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and make informed decisions.
