Job Summary:
Scope of Work: Lead sales growth by identifying pursuing and converting opportunities with both direct and indirect clients. Support account expansion through strategic outreach and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full outbound sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct targeted outreach via email and phone.
- Qualify leads and hold discovery meetings to understand client needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate project scoping and seamless handover.
- Re-engage former clients and upsell based on prior interactions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and update all sales activities consistently.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs and contribute to overall revenue goals.
Who you are:
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales preferably within the localization translation or other service-based industries. Strong understanding of outbound prospecting lead qualification and account-based selling strategies.
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Marketing or a related field.
Ability and willingness to work US time zone hours (4:00 PM 1:00 AM Egypt time).
Proven track record of successfully managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and pipeline development to negotiation and deal closure.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems sales automation platforms and lead generation tools.
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to confidently engage senior decision-makers and tailor messaging to different stakeholders.
