Job Summary:

Scope of Work: Lead sales growth by identifying pursuing and converting opportunities with both direct and indirect clients. Support account expansion through strategic outreach and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full outbound sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct targeted outreach via email and phone.
  • Qualify leads and hold discovery meetings to understand client needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate project scoping and seamless handover.
  • Re-engage former clients and upsell based on prior interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and update all sales activities consistently.
  • Meet or exceed individual KPIs and contribute to overall revenue goals.

Who you are:

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales preferably within the localization translation or other service-based industries.
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting lead qualification and account-based selling strategies.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Marketing or a related field.

  • Ability and willingness to work US time zone hours (4:00 PM 1:00 AM Egypt time).

  • Proven track record of successfully managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and pipeline development to negotiation and deal closure.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems sales automation platforms and lead generation tools.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to confidently engage senior decision-makers and tailor messaging to different stakeholders.
