Support incident problem change & service request processes
Build dashboards and management reports
Implement automation within ITSM tools
Ensure SLA configurations and escalation paths
Manage integrations with enterprise systems
Maintain system upgrades and data integrity
Train users and create documentation
Requirements
24 years (Officer) / 46 years (Senior Officer) experience in ITSM / IT Operations
Experience with ServiceNow BMC Remedy Jira etc.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Knowledge of ITIL framework
