Responsibilities
- Handle end to end study initiation.
- Client servicing including field mobilization field attendance project management & analysis management
- Able to generate insights and work on reports
- Maintain a client service orientation by managing the day-to-day administration of client service activities and coordinating with operations team for updates
- Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the companys quality standards
- Serve as primary contact to assigned client contacts on ad-hoc analyses and understand and respond to questions on content basic client questions report generation etc
- Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analysis report drafting and client presentations
- Provide research administrative and operational support to managers
- Understand and implement all Nielsen internal protocols
- Should be proactive in updating/highlighting senior leadership on progress
- Willingness to learn and should have positive attitude towards work
Qualifications :
2 to 4 years experience in FMCG / Service / Retail industry / Telecom etc.
Effective communication skills
Strong Client Focus and Proactiveness
Strong command on PowerPoint
Working knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
