Job Summary
The Opportunity:
Mattel Poland is looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer Fulfillment Team based in Warsaw. Reporting to the Associate Manager Customer Fulfillment this role will be responsible for managing customer orders serving as the first point of contact for supply chain queries and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Proactive and timely liaison with customers regarding status of assigned area orders
- Being first point of contact for Supply Chain queries and improvements
- Oversight and validation of domestic order processing (entered and allocated by 3rd party) ensuring accuracy overall coordination and alignment with customer ship dates and monthly sales targets
- Support team to resolve claims
- Effective and timely liaison with other departments to fulfil duties especially sales Customer finance distribution center planning and 3rd parties Transportation Management (TMS)
- Propose & lead selected department improvement initiatives
- Reporting & Collaborating with internal teams responsible for stock management on inventory analysis and control including monitoring stock levels replenishing orders and verifying overall stock availability
- Communication & Meetings
- Work closely with local sales and marketing teams
- Look for opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
- English on level B2
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills / ability to prioritize
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing reporting and inventory control
- Advanced excel skills
- Fast & autonomous decision making
- Strong feeling of ownership and courage to drive & lead the process
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to deal with complex data multitude of markets and simultaneously juggle many balls in the air
- Integrated approach with other teams
- Flexibility
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Additional Information :

- Gross annual salary range of PLN 88560 - PLN 105160
- Bonus Scheme Participation in Mattel Incentive Plan (MIP) with the target of 5% of base salary payout is determined by company and individual performance results
