We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our this role you will be responsible for managing the complete client lifecycle from initial development to post-order support ensuring exceptional service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
This is an office-based role at our Wroclaw office.
- Initiate and manage client development requests for workwear next to team sports apparel specializing in heat transfer labels and embellishments while building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients.
- Partner with Design and Tech Sales teams to create custom account presentations for workwear sports shirts and teamwear based on client briefs.
- Receive validate and process client samples and production orders for garment embellishments managing internal communications with cross-functional teams.
- Proactively address and resolve client quality issues regarding label application or product durability escalating as necessary to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries providing timely updates on development order and production status for workwear and team sports projects.
Qualifications :
- First experience in customer service account management or merchandising preferably within the apparel or related industry.
- Understanding of the end-to-end client lifecycle and order management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- English and Polish proficiency is compulsory alongside proficiency in relevant software and systems (e.g. order management systems).
