Hybrid Role Requirement: Boston MA (In-Office 3x/Week)
Team: Sales Mid- Enterprise

Were looking for a Mid-Enterprise Account Executive to join our tenured high-performing team selling into some of the worlds most recognizable brands. This is more than just closing deals. Its an opportunity to shape the future of our upmarket business by bringing Klaviyo to customers who are reimagining their marketing tech stack.
From first touch to signed agreement youll own the full sales cyclepartnering closely with teams across Solutions Customer Success Product and Engineering to drive long-term value for our customers.
Youll be selling to companies like Marc Jacobs Walmarts Home Brands TaylorMade Golf and Citizen Watches. Its a big responsibilityand a bigger opportunity.
What Youll do and How Youll Make a Difference:
- Transform workflows by putting AI at the center building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.
- Continuously experiment with AI toolstesting learning and sharing insights to keep the team and organization ahead of the curve as well as championing new applications that accelerate workflows and elevate quality responsibly.
- Apply AI fluency to streamline work reallocate saved time and reinvest into more meaningful high-impact areas.
- Build and grow Klaviyos Mid-Market and Enterprise client base
- Drive full-cycle sales efforts: prospecting discovery demo negotiation and close
- Create and execute territory and account strategies for long-term growth
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Architects Customer Success and Marketing to deliver a world-class buying experience
- Provide mentorship and leadership across the AE team
- Share market insights with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions
Who You Are/Required Experience:
- Youve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects and youre excited to dive in and learn fast. Youre hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient.
- You use AI tools to accelerate exploration shorten iteration cycles and bring sharper ideas to the table.
- As part of your craft youre curious adaptable and eager to deepen your fluency in AI (understanding capabilities limits and risks) as part of your craft.
- You dont wait to be told what tool to tryyou explore test and share what works.
- Based in Boston MA and available to be in-office 3 days/week
- 6 years of closing experience preferably in SaaS or MarTech
- Experience hunting net new business from self-generated leads through negotiation and closure (closed/won)
- Comfortable navigating strategic deals with multiple stakeholders and complex buying processes
- Experienced in technical sellingable to communicate value with clarity and confidence
- Knowledge of the marketing automation or CDP space is a plus
- Resilient in the face of challenges and energized by a fast-moving environment
- A natural relationship-builder with strong influencing skills
- Committed to learning sharing and contributing to a high-trust sales culture
