Main Purpose of the Role
To support the delivery of services to current clients on delegated engagements/projects driving operational effectiveness client satisfaction and the development of our SAP BI capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Delivery Managers in the execution of SAP BI projects identifying and resolving issues to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with clients proactively identifying opportunities for follow-on work and cross-selling Deloittes broader offerings.
- Develop and present client documentation and act as a trusted advisor on SAP BI solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and mentor junior consultants sharing knowledge and fostering continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Deloitte policies and manage risk within engagements.
- Contribute to the development support and enhancement of SAP BI systems providing technical expertise across the full project lifecycle.
Qualifications :
- SAP Certification (essential)
- Tertiary qualification in Software Engineering Data Science or Information Systems (diploma or degree)
- 6 - 8 years working experience in SAP BI
- 3 years experience in SAC Reporting
- 2 years experience in SAP DataSphere
- 3 years experience extracting data from SAP source systems (S4HANA and SuccessFactors)
- Desired Qualifications & Experience
- 3 years in a client-facing role
- 5 years experience in SAC Reporting and Planning
- 3 years experience in SAP DataSphere
- 5 years experience extracting data from SAP source systems
- Experience with other BI tools (Qlik Power BI SAP BW AWS Redshift DataBricks)
