Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support outreach initiatives such as attending career fairs networking events and campus recruitment activities.

• Contribute to social media strategies by creating content for LinkedIn Facebook and other platforms to promote job opportunities and employer branding.

• Help coordinate and enhance internship and talent pipeline programs.

• Participate in the onboarding process for new employees including conducting background checks drug screens and collecting new hire paperwork.

• Assist with administrative tasks including resume screening scheduling interviews and tracking recruitment metrics.

• Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university (two-to-four-year institution) OR recently graduated (within one year) from an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university (two-to-four-year institution).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Communications Marketing or a related field.

• Strong interest in talent acquisition recruitment and employer branding.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
