Job Summary
You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Sigma product . You have found the right team.
As a Product Owner in the AM operations team you will be focused on Sigma product adoption and responsible for product delivery along with integration across various systems and tools.
Job responsibilities:
- Design and deliver Sigma exception management and oversight solutions for stakeholders.
- Build and maintain the book of work for aligned stakeholders prioritizing initiatives and tracking progress.
- Review stakeholder processes in partnership with aligned teams and propose automation solutions.
- Communicate effectively with project team members and sponsors throughout the lifecycle providing status updates gaps/risks roadblocks and testing outcomes.
- Apply critical thinking and perform advanced analytics to solve complex multifaceted business problems.
- Contribute new ideas and perspectives to foster a continuous learning mindset across the organization.
- Build reusable capabilities by identifying needs using creative design to solve problems and educating and training team members.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline
- 5 years experience in conducting advanced data analysis working with large data sets and crunching numbers
- Ability to build relationships and leverage subject matter expertise to driving conversations and/or influence decisions/direction with Business and Technology areas
- Proven experience leveraging job automation applications and environments
- Strong PowerPoint and Data Visualization skills - we will require you to demonstrate proven experience
- In touch with the latest financial technologies and willingness to constantly upgrade skills
- Understanding and experience of AI /ML tools.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Working knowledge of Python API Connectivity.
- Good Product Management
- Working knowledge of Spectrum / Alteryx / Tableau / SQL / Understanding of programming languages. / PMP
