Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

About the Role

We are hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join a leading all-in-one business travel management platform in Porto.

Our client provides a seamless corporate travel experience allowing employees to book trains flights hotels and car rentals through a single platform. Managers benefit from tools for group bookings subscriptions and expense tracking.

As a Customer Service Specialist you will act as the first point of contact for clients ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat with professionalism and empathy

  • Assist clients with booking modifying and canceling travel arrangements

  • Provide accurate and timely information about travel services destinations and company policies

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary

  • Maintain and update CRM systems for accurate customer tracking

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality

  • Collect and report customer feedback to support platform improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (travel industry experience is a strong advantage)

  • High School diploma (12th grade or equivalent)

  • Fluent French (C2) and English (C1) written and spoken

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment

  • Solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

  • Gross salary: 1000/month

  • Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day

  • Hands-on experience in the growing travel tech industry
