About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join a leading all-in-one business travel management platform in Porto.
Our client provides a seamless corporate travel experience allowing employees to book trains flights hotels and car rentals through a single platform. Managers benefit from tools for group bookings subscriptions and expense tracking.
As a Customer Service Specialist you will act as the first point of contact for clients ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat with professionalism and empathy

Assist clients with booking modifying and canceling travel arrangements
-
Provide accurate and timely information about travel services destinations and company policies

Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary

Maintain and update CRM systems for accurate customer tracking

Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality
-
Collect and report customer feedback to support platform improvements
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (travel industry experience is a strong advantage)

High School diploma (12th grade or equivalent)
-
Fluent French (C2) and English (C1) written and spoken
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment

Solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits

Gross salary: 1000/month

Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day
