Job Summary

Our client a US multinational manufacturer is seeking a Legal Contract Specialist to be based in their Hong Kong office.

Key Responsibilities

Draft review and negotiate commercial sales and procurement contracts (T&Cs NDAs framework quality agreements).
Work with internal teams to align contract terms with business and compliance requirements.
Identify and mitigate contractual risks; ensure regulatory compliance.
Maintain accurate contract records and support process improvements.
Provide guidance on contract interpretation and support development of templates and playbooks.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in law Business or related field with 35 years contract negotiation experience (inhouse preferred).
Strong drafting negotiation and commercial judgment.
Detailoriented organized and able to manage multiple contracts in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication skills across all jurisdictions
Fluency in English and Mandarin and proficiency in MS Office are essential
Experience with contract management systems is a plus.
