Job Summary
Our client a US multinational manufacturer is seeking a Legal Contract Specialist to be based in their Hong Kong office.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft review and negotiate commercial sales and procurement contracts (T&Cs NDAs framework quality agreements).
- Work with internal teams to align contract terms with business and compliance requirements.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks; ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate contract records and support process improvements.
- Provide guidance on contract interpretation and support development of templates and playbooks.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in law Business or related field with 35 years contract negotiation experience (inhouse preferred).
- Strong drafting negotiation and commercial judgment.
- Detailoriented organized and able to manage multiple contracts in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication skills across all jurisdictions
- Fluency in English and Mandarin and proficiency in MS Office are essential
- Experience with contract management systems is a plus.
