About the Opportunity
This role is structured as a fractional engagement (approximately 8 hours per week) and will work closely with the CFO and the founding leadership team.
You will act as the financial backbone of the organisation ensuring robust accounting processes scalable financial controls and disciplined reporting aligned with international standards and SaaS growth expectations.
The focus is on building sustainable financial infrastructure to support long-term growth and investment readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading month-end and year-end accounting processes
- Designing and implementing structured budgeting and forecasting frameworks
- Overseeing corporate tax compliance and coordinating with external advisors
- Supporting funding preparation activities (seed readiness grant support investor materials)
- Establishing scalable internal financial controls
- Tracking and reporting key SaaS metrics (MRR ARR CAC LTV burn rate)
- Managing relationships with banking partners and financial stakeholders
- Conducting scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to inform executive decisions
- Supporting cross-functional alignment between finance product and commercial teams
