Job Summary

Job Description:

Plan and execute retention strategies to increase repeat purchases (website store customers)
Manage CRM campaigns across Email SMS WhatsApp Push Notifications
Create customer lifecycle journeys (new user repeat buyer inactive user etc.)
Analyze customer data (purchase behavior size preferences categories)
Drive repeat sales for denim & apparel categories
Work closely with store teams for offline customer engagement & database building
Improve customer retention across marketplaces (Myntra Nykaa etc.)
Plan and execute offers loyalty programs and reactivation campaigns
Track key metrics: repeat rate CLTV churn rate
Conduct A/B testing for campaigns
