Sales Distribution and Business Development plays a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions through the right channels to the right customer segments. The team is responsible for implementing distribution strategy driving the delivery of market leading personal banking customer experiences and thereby maximising customer satisfaction.

Join our team as a Corporate Employee Banker- Mobile Sales Force in Intl Wealth Premier Banking.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing new accounts from corporate base and meeting New-To-Bank targets.
- Selling banking products like Home Loans Personal Loans Cards and Premier services and services to potential customers.
- Providing clear information about the features and benefits of bank products.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with customers
- Handling customer-related problems and complaints
- Being able to work individually or in a team.
- Always comply to HSBC rules
Qualification & Desired candidate
- Minimum Graduate
- Min 2years experience as sales force in financial industry
- Financial literate with wide understanding on banks product range asset liabilities and investment.
- Ability to analyze customer financial needs and design and offer suitable banks product to meet their financial
- Has interpersonal communication skill including negotiation and salesmanship for effective selling.
- Result oriented but always demonstrate customer centricity behavior when delivering the work
